Refund Policy


A full refund, less a $199 administration fee, will be given to learners who cancel/withdraw their enrolment in writing by submitting a “Notice of Cancellation/Withdrawal Form” within fourteen (14) days of submitting their enrolment forms.

No refunds will be given after fourteen (14) days from the date the student submits their enrolment forms.

That is, students are entitled to a refund, less the administration fee even if they have commenced study and cancel within 14 days of enrolment.

Learners who wish to withdraw after 14 days of submitting enrolment forms are not entitled to a refund.

The $199 administration fee for any cancellation applies regardless of the time a student is enrolled due to the administrative costs associated with enrolling and then unenrolling students and the associated reporting requirements.

The $199 administration fee is unconditional.


Students paying for their course by instalment are not entitled to a refund.
